Pegasus Theme Overview
Your website is built on Pegasus, a WordPress theme made by Visionquest Development. It’s a Bootstrap 5 theme built on CMB2 (for custom fields and the options panel) and Font Awesome (for icons). It’s free and open source.
Pegasus comes in three parts:
| Part | What it does |
|---|---|
| Pegasus (parent theme) | The foundation: layout, headers, colors, footer, and the Pegasus Options panel |
| Pegasus Child (child theme) | Where customizations for your site live, so theme updates don’t wipe them out. See The Child Theme |
| Pegasus plugins | Optional add-ons like sliders, carousels, tabs, popups, and counters, each installed separately so your site stays lean. See Shortcodes and Components |
